It's funny how baseball is like that. I think it has to do with expecting to win when the team has a big lead going late in the game. It's like having something taken that was yours versus getting an unexpected gift of 7 runs in the ninth. lol

Me neither but I can understand the frustration. I've been an Angel fan since the very beginning and what happened today is all to familiar to me. This garbage needs to finally end. The teams pitching has been decimated by injury so when is something going to be done about it? How many more years are the Angels going to depend on players (pitchers) that are damaged goods? If we go into next year with these same guys it'll just be more of the same.

Pete Rose broke the golden rule and gambled on baseball then lied about it for something like 15 years all while thumbing his nose at the game. This alone is more than enough for a lifetime ban. There are probably many a-holes in the HOF but this isn't about Roses personal problems, it's about breaking the rules that every kid in America has been aware of since the Black Sox scandal. Rose bet on baseball and lied about it..that's more than enough to ban him from the HOF and to kick him out of baseball forever. He has no one to blame but himself.

I don't know if this is the new normal for Trout or not, but I believe that his best season has yet to be played.
