2002 World Series

Does anyone own digital copies of the 2002 World Series? I would love to watch the entire series again. Also wouldn't it be a great idea for MLB Network to play entire series at say 8pm each day of the week. That way people could relive it or even TiVo the series.

This:  I missed game 6 and would love to see it from start to finish.

I have the DVD set.  The great part about it is the option to listen to the Angels radio broadcast.  I was at all of the home games and watched the others on tv, so I didn't hear much of Rory Markas and Terry Smith that year.  Wikipedia says that the 2002 World Series was the first to be broadcast in HD, but the set certainly isn't the quality we've gotten used to.

I also have the wild card clincher, the parade, and all of the playoff games from 2002 on vhs. Haven't managed to copy them to dvd.

I have the commerative DVD from MLB, but it doesn't show entire games. It looks like the one GB posted does. I never bought the one that the Angels put out there, Red October or whatever it was.

Good point. I just bought the DVD gotbeer posted, and I can't wait to watch it. I had no idea there was a collection like this.

I wish there was a Blu Ray version for this. C'mon...

I have that one. It is highlights and commentary like the other documentary-type DVDs, only with a pro-Angels slant.

Nice one, Splint!  That got a chuckle.  Especially since I have the 2002 playoff season on vhs out in the garage.  I'll throw it in my dvd/vhs 32" tv when I'm doin yard/garage work.

I need to grab a copy of that big dvd collection though too.

I didn't know about that either.  Just bought one.  I have the series on DVR to VHS to DVD transfer but the quality sucks so I am THRILLED to get this.

Thanks for the heads up, gotbeer.

That dvd set is great. At least for me, it kind of bums me out to hear rory. He and t smith were a good duo.
