This story is not that much crazier than what kids from the Dominican go through and is the central reason Arte stopped our international pipeline.

Texas ended being the most aggressive team in Latin America before the end of the last CBA. They have a healthy farm system to prove it.

Agreed - I remember when I read the book "Away Games", I couldn't believe the shit teams did to try to isolate and sign players.
