Four people are facing drug charges after a traffic stop on Interstate 91 early this morning led to the seizure of 1,250 small bags of heroin, State Police said.

The bags were apparently labeled by someone with a dark sense of humor. They bore the words “OBAMA CARE” in big red letters.
