probably held onto it like an idiot.

i know people who are just now buying bitcoin miners. 2 years too late.

but they tell me that its obviously only going to go up, yet they have no idea why or how bitcoin works.

just like other bubbles (real estate, dotcom, tulip, etc) - always get out when the stupid money goes in.

yep so they didnt really even do anything interesting - they still got exactly the sale price.

so i dont understand people touting that kind of PR ploy as a sign of the legitimacy of the currency.

the only reason they did it was because of the usage of a broker to lock in the $$.
