DiSar was always fundamentally sound as a player, and has had good success as a coach and manager in the minors.

That article someone linked referred to Disar as loose and upbeat .  Maybe he's mellowed as he has aged or it's just a case of his being a coach means he doesn't have to be the clubhouse snitch anymore.

 

At least he isn't the hitting coach.
