Sounds like Klemm will be reinstated and receive some sort of sanction.  LSU and Teheauma's guardian turned him in for contacting Teheauma during the dead period.  Teheauma wanted to come to UCLA but his guardian wouldn't allow him to go anywhere other than LSU since his cousin went there.

 

Klemm shouldn't have been so foolish and reckless.

Meh. Stupid and should be suspended a few games. But he's not hurt anyone else, didn't do anything overly reckless so far as we know yet. Running from the cops sounds like by far the worst thing he did.

UCLA being a premiere law school, there are quite a few lawyer alums that post on BRO, here is their take:

 

First all of the charges but evading the arrest with a vehicle have been dropped.  More and more it sounds like he was the DD and he was stupid enough to become a getaway driver.  Since nobody was injured it is a C misdemeanor which is a fine and community service.  Most of them are saying that it will get pleaded down to a traffic ticket.

 

No idea what UCLA will do.  What I do know is that UCLA has hurt its image quite a bit lately with Ulbrich, Klemm, and Soso.

This is what happens to top football recruiting programs. You get kids that aren't so clean. This is the price to pay to win a championship in today's College Football. Programs just hope it holds together long enough to win a title.

It seems like until this point he was as clean as they come.

It was stupid for sure but it wasn't malicious. It sounds like he wasn't drinking (even on prom night).

I think this incident actually shows how clean Soso was. As Nate said, he was probably the DD and kids had their drinks in the car. He is going to be pulled over for speeding and gets freaked out he'll get a DUI because the open containers in the car. He has never been in real trouble before and panics. That leads to the chase.

Come on nate. The kid was caught with a bunch of weed in his backpack, kicked out of school and every school dropped him. Ucla got desperate after joe mixon picked oklahoma.

After he got kicked out of school he had to go out of state because they wouldn't allow him to transfer and play.  Everything is rumors because it was never confirmed what he did.  If he were really selling pot the dude would be in jail.

UCLA got a couple of D commits out of Crespi.  A DE and a CB.

 

Priest Willis will transfer from UCLA.  One of the most heralded recruits of the Mora era, a 5* CB and #1 ranked CB in the country, who never really put it together.  Lots of talk about his practice effort lacking and his time in games was never productive.  Just shows how 5* players aren't a sure thing.  He was probably not even in the two deep to start the fall.  Best of luck to him.  The rumor is he is headed to UNC.

I think Wouldard and Rosen split time in the opener. after that it's simply who gives ucla the best opportunity to win. mama rosen might blow a gasket though if her son loses the job

And 4* ATH Michael Pittman just decommitted.  Not a total shock, he should be committing to Oregon soon.  Bruins wanted him as a DB.
