I will be happy when it is all over.  Mora won't come out and say he is staying because it hurts his contract leverage.

Not sure how I feel about Foster coaching. He was a very good back but that doesn't make you a great coach. What was it that Broussard told Mixon about Lee?

Nope, Twitter says Sark after Klemm and Meat.  They are two excellent recruiters so I wouldn't be surprised.

FWIW BRO reporting that very slim chance that Mora goes and he has already quietly indicated he is staying.  His son goes to college here, his parents are all here and he loves the university.  He is also a man of integrity.  Caveat is of course that he would use it for leverage to get more money for his assistants.

 

Also reporting that Meat and Sark didn't get along well.  Meat and Klemm are good friends so if one doesn't go the other isn't likely.

I think the Sark hiring hurts UCLA short term (recruiting the next year or two and some coaches lost) but long term I think it's a good thing. I don't think he's a great coach but he's a great recruiter. If you can't coach it gets exposed and you lose some of your recruiting luster like Kiffin did.

Turns out Mora was in WA last night... his father, lol.  Gotta love the rumor mill on this one.  Jim Mora of the "playoffs!?!?!?!?!??!" variety was in Seattle doing the Saints radio broadcast for last nights game.

 

UCLA donors stepping it up big to pay Mora to make sure he stays.

 

Mixon and Pickett both tweeted pictures with Mora last night.  Mora has several more in homes today in Nor Cal.  BRO seems pretty confident that he will be staying.

Rumors starting to swirl that UW is pursuing the Alabama OC.  Pretty good indication that Mora turned them down.

I like UCLA's chances in that. Although I think it's going to be a UCLA v. Oklahoma. Dykes runs the ball about as often as they win. UCLA clearly needs a running back. Hopefully Pickett keeps doing work.

My only concern comes when I realize that Dan Guerrero is in charge of things.
