I want the new stadium to have a button that when pressed flashes "Thank you, Arte" on the jumbo tron. This would be very helpful for when overpriced free agents whiff at the plate.

They could play low rider during the seventh inning stretch. They could also put red onion bar in the parking lot for the drunk people who leave after the 7th innning stretch to go dance to the WMCA. After the are done dancing they would hook up with the loosest members of opposite sex.
