Spiezio in trouble with the law again

But now comes a report that Spiezio's been charged with domestic battery and vandalism stemming from an alleged fight last month with a woman who told police she's his ex-girlfriend.

 

The 31-year-old woman told cops she had visited Spiezio at his home near Morris, Ill., on Aug. 17, and that the two got into an argument that escalated into Spiezio allegedly grabbing her by the hair, slapping her, and punching out one of the windows of her car. Spiezio, 40, left his house that night and could not be located by police, but three days later a warrant was issued for his arrest. He turned himself in on Aug. 24.

Well, if it was just a fight and the other guy got the worse of it, then the prosecution might not be severe, unless the other guy was seriously injured.

 

But a woman? That's almost always NOT a fair fight. A man should never hit a woman.
