If it rains a lot in March, it will possibly be the first time ever that March had the most rainfall in a year. I'm not holding my breath.

NOAA already missed on their January/February prediction of above averge rainfall for SoCal.

I love this weather.   Just not the dry weather for seemingly 365 days a year for 5 years running.   I like some variety. 

 

Not blizzard or tornado variety obviously, but something other than constant dry weather almost every day.

It wasn't like this ever before, even in the late 1950s/early 1960s drought there was one above average rainfall year of almost 20 inches in SoCal.
