"SUNDAY WAS THE NINTH DAY IN A ROW WITH A LOW TEMPERATURE OF 70 OR GREATER AT LINDBERGH FIELD AND THE 10TH SUCH DAY SO FAR THIS

MONTH. PRIOR TO THIS YEAR...THERE HAD NEVER BEEN MORE THAN TWO DAYS IN A ROW IN OCTOBER WITH A LOW TEMPERATURE OF 70 OR GREATER

IN SAN DIEGO AND NO OCTOBER WITH MORE THAN FOUR SUCH DAYS...THAT BEING OCTOBER 1997 WITH FOUR LOWS OF 70 DURING THE FIRST FIVE DAYS

OF THAT MONTH. THIS RECENT STRETCH OF WARM NIGHTS HAS BROUGHT THE 5 WARMEST NIGHTS IN OCTOBER IN THE HISTORY OF SAN DIEGO AS WELL AS THE 7TH WARMEST."

Here's a little tidbit from NOAA. Though it was interesting that the last time low temps were that warm was during rhe biggest El Niño on record.

PS sorry for the formatting. Just copied and pasted it from their website and it seems to not be cooperating on my phone.

Yeah, I remeber that El Nino. Was my first year in Denver and had nice mild weather until October 23. On October 24, we received two and a half feet of snow.

Kinda like this year.

Nothing wet in the forecast, for the area that stores and holds and supplies all your shower and car washing needs down there in So Cal.

You may have to cut back on your showers if we don't start getting some major stuff up here.

(I know clean cars come first)

It does feel like it's been summer for a few years. I remember late December last year we had a really cold storm that dropped the snow level to like 2000 feet. Saddleback was covered for like a day.

Then the average daytime temp in January was 80.

yep, right around new years. I figured winter was here. Summer was back like 5 days later.

2 years ago we had 90 degrees in january...its sucked for a few years now
