How did De La Rosa get a blown save (and Frieri the loss) when he pitched after Frieri?  How does the blown save come after the loss, and to a different pitcher?

Because De La Rosa gave up the singles that scored the tying and go-ahead runs. When he came into the game, we had a one-run lead. The two runners who scored were charged to Frieri, who put them on base, so the loss was his.
