We already tried that with a pair of damaged goods. Paying both Madson and Burnett for no and very little work was already tried. No thanks, he'll just sit on injured reserve all season collecting a paycheck. If he has Madson's agent, then he is in luck. He is a master at duping fools to pay a salary for no work done.

geez, I'd take a flyer on Marcum, call it a season for 2013 and invite him to ST.

 

Halos are going to wind up paying about $5 million or so of Blanton's $7.5 million so that he can pitch elsewhere.
