This is such of bunch of crap. These players are so coddled by this union it's ridiculous.  These players used an illegal substance and apparently getting away with it. What a joke of a sport and the stinking people that run it.

It's actually not a bad thing to do it over the offseason.  Why?  It hits a lot of them where it counts, the wallet.  No one will give Cruz a big contract ocming off positive test in which he'll miss first 50 or so games of the season.  He'll get the Melky Cabrera treatment.  The same goes for Colon.  You gotta think that if it's true Cano is on the list, that'll really knock his value down as well.
