I really don't understand the cryptic nature of the initial diagnosis here. Why are they suppressing this information?

If he broke his knee cap just say it….why is always a secret? Perhaps the swelling was so bad that they couldn’t mri until after it went down and it hasn’t yet.

It also could be a hyperextended knee. Had that happen and it was excruciatingly painful. But got better with rest and ice after 1-2 weeks.
