Updated with the latest figures.  They should have just over $3M left to spend (including overage allowances) without severe penalties.  Should be more than enough to get both Johnson and Prager, with some left over if they need/want to go overslot for any of the 12-20 picks.

The combined bonuses for Cortez and Johnson is only about $210k above their combined slot values.
