Pillar is now 13 for his last 69 and and 6 for his last 43.  Ship him out ASAP while he still has some marginal value.

Braves are less likely now.  They just signed their old friend Eddie Rosario--though they also just called up Eli White, who's awful, so maybe they'll still make a minor upgrade.

I’ll go with 2-7 leading up to the break, 38-58 record at the ASB.

Swept in Chicago, one win at home vs each of Texas and Seattle.

Franchise low 65-95 record in 1980 could be in danger?

AA doesn’t make a lot of bad moves. Maybe he preferred Rosario…or maybe he didn’t want to pay what Perry wanted for Pillar…🤷‍♂️….Rosario didn’t cost anything…

In general, I agree with you--though I will say that he does over-complicate things sometimes.  The Braves probably would have been better off re-signing Freeman and keeping William Contreras as opposed to trading all those guys for Olson then extending him, and then trading Contreras + others for Sean Murphy and extending him.

Non competitive once more. Not even entertaining or interesting storylines. Even trade deadline speculation is unenthusiastic because this team has so little offer anyone.

Canning leads everyone in first inning homers given up. And just can't ever get a rhythm going. Maybe time to see a psychiatrist? Seems a mental thing as much as physical. Like he expects for things to go bad and has a 'here we go again' attitude as soon as anything goes against him.

Hard to be angry because the roster is so flawed. They aren't underachieving. They are just who they are.

Most of the players  are underachieving compared to their overall career stats
