Ron Washington and his coaching staff.

I recognize that some only evaluate managers and coaches by the number of wins, but the Angels players continue showing improvement throughout the season.  Every week, I notice some fundamental skills players are obviously trying to do or doing that will eventually result in more opportunities for winning.  I really appreciate how Ron and his coaching staff have this team playing baseball in a manner allowing for an average player to be a major contributor.

I enjoy watching this team because of how they play the game.  If this team can avoid complete pitching meltdowns in the second half, they could surprise some people.  To me, Ron and his staff have the team moving in the right direction.  I just hope Ron Washington's influence is not limited to the major league team.

I like Rengifo also but to me the fact that O'Hoppe is a catcher makes him more valuable.
