Not joking, the reality is he is a relief pitcher. The sooner the Angels accept that's his role the better for him and the club.

Are we both talking about Zach Plesac here? Out of 171 professional appearances, he's started 168 of them. He's a starter or he's out of baseball, since he doesn't really have the stuff to be an effective short-inning reliever.

But, that is what he did tonight, it just started in the 1st inning instead of 6th. You don't have to have elite stuff to cover an inning or two.
