The Shawarma House on Harbor past Great Wolf Lodge (heading North from the 22FWY left hand side next entrance past the lodge) is good also! Lots of food.

My go to, they close at 10:00pm Fri/Sat 11pm.

Avengers Campus at California Adventure has shawarma carts.

Also, I recently learned that the shawarma thing in the first Avengers movie was an ad lib by Robert Downey Jr in one take. They ended up filming the after credits scene of the crew eating shawarma super last minute, and it only made the North America version of the movie because it was released in Europe and Asia earlier.

it's more like a meatball shape, or like a falafel.
