It kinda looks like Arraez was relaying pitch locations to Machado from 2B.

He held out his left arm on the 1-2 fastball away, then kept on leaning/bouncing to his left on the changeup away.

Not sure how he would’ve picked up the locations though, since O’Hoppe was set up inside.
