Sure, but their value probably goes down significantly. There will be a lot of guys available like them in the off season and you don't have to give up prospects to get them. Why trade for them when you can sign one for a bit more money and not have to give up any talent to do it?

Not moving these guys at the deadline in the biggest sellers market we've seen in years is a huge mistake.

I agree but worse thing to happen is you have Ward, Rengifo in lineup in 25 and maybe add to them. I would like them to be traded today.
