At 13M owed Anderson next season they won't have to pay a penny... That's a Great deal for at that point a 1yr deal on a middle to backend rotation starter.

One of my least favorite Arte decisions was him refusing to pay down Iglesias salary.

We could have actually netted some prospects, but that trade became a salary dump

Flaherty makes sense for San Diego. They’re trying to stay under the luxury tax, he’s cheap and with Darvish out and Musgrove trying to rehab, he would slot nicely into their playoff rotation with Cease and King.
