Weird injuries do happen. This is one of the oddest ones, though. I remember Sammy Sosa once injured his back due to sneezing. So did Kevin Pillar. Mike Matheny once needed surgery because he cut up his hand while sheathing a hunting knife. Glennallen Hill once ran through a glass coffee table during a nightmare about spiders. Weird stuff.
