Season 3 What GIF by The Lonely Island

This Angels team will be a powerhouse in 2 years at this rate ! You just don't see it cause we are in the dark part of the tunnel...There will ne Halo Light eventually ! Angels in the 2025 season a wild card team....in 26 the angels win the division!!!

In 2025, essentially the entire bullpen will be new, so no way to predict how it'll do (though it's obviously hard for them to be worse than they are now!).  Starting staff could be the same as it is this year, though maybe Silseth or even Dana taking over for Anderson if he gets traded.  Maybe they're better than this year, but hard to actually count on that for next year, given that none of them have any track record of consistent success.  On the position player front, you'd have to once again cross your fingers and hope that Trout and Rendon can both be healthy and return to strong performances.  I don't think Moreno is going to lay out much $ for improvements via free agency (this off-season is pretty weak in terms of free agents, anyway), and unless O'Hoppe, Neto, and Schanuel take quantum leaps forward, you're probably looking at a league-average at best offense.

So where is your impression that they'll be a wild card team next year coming from?

Ok but Houston just absolutely owns this team it's actually kind of fascinating. Usually things even out but year after year here we are.

And they started in the AL after losing like 105 games.

gotta admit Houston is one of the easiest places to hit a hr....

12th-easiest out of 30 stadiums over the past three seasons, so not really--despite the 3 HR from the Angels in this inning!
