How much longer do we have to endure Callaspo's defense?

Callaspo is not Longoria or Machado, but I have no problem with him.  Those stiffs on the bump is where my angst lies.

Callaspo is 20th out of 23 in fielding percentage and 19th out of 23 in errors.  He has been absolutely awful.

Errors are a pretty awful way to rate a defender but he's been below average for sure so far this year.

Wilson was solid tonight and the team would be heading to the 8th with the lead if this team could make routine defensive plays. Between awful baserunning, mediocre defense, an offense that could be shut down at any point, and SP that's made up of some AAAA cast offs, it's going to be tough catching the best in the league

This defense isn't mediocre. It's atrocious.

They are playing the best in the AL.  The margin of error is razor thin as it is without them making it easier for the opposition.
