You are way too smart to think you made a point of a good comparison.

It's not a comparison. It's a point that "direction and approval" doesn't mean Arte is doing a good job. He gives direction to sign players he shouldn't, and approves the ridiculous contract.

Again the he tells the GM which players to sign is overblown.

Y'all need another spiked egg nog, because I have no idea what has gotten in to y'all.

T dawg has raccoons talking and Swordsman is being civil...Strad too!

Taylor may be preaching and I would of preferred Del Taco tonight...we don't have them here!

Merry Christmas!

Dec. 27: Angels reportedly interested in Snell

While no one can replace the incomparable Shohei Ohtani in Anaheim, there are a number of available players who can address some of the glaring holes on the Angels’ roster. Starting pitching is perhaps the Halos’ biggest need, and the team appears to have some interest in one of the top arms left on the market.

MLB Network insider Jon Heyman became the latest reporter to connect the Angels with Blake Snell, doing so on Wednesday. MLB Network insider Jon Paul Morosi and The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal (subscription required) both reported last week that the Halos had touched base with Snell.

The San Francisco Chronicle’s Susan Slusser took it a step further, reporting on Dec. 21 that the Angels were making Snell their “top priority.”
