Am I wrong though? An oligarchy is defined as "a small group of people having control of a country, organization, or institution."

In the case of the supreme court, the "institution" would be the law itself. Because the highest court in the system has the ultimate say on whether a law is constitutional or not, I suppose that meets the definition.

So, are you saying that you baseball board retards have a better concept of a legal system than the founders of the country? Pray tell.
