While Chad Wallach doesn’t do much offensively, his pitch framing is far superior to Matt Thaiss.  

He has got Giolito no less than 5-6 strike calls that were clearly off the plate.

Well the answer was yes to Loup, but he elected to not pull Loup, and of course right on cue, Loup gave up a hit to the right handed pinch hitter.
