Damn did Perry fuck up with the Anderson signing over the myriad of other FA SP on the market. Dude gotta have some of the weakest stuff among qualified starters this season easily. Little shot he lasts all 3 seasons here and I'm not even sure if he'll be guaranteed a rotation spot for next season at this rate

Yeah that timeline feels extremely optimistic for a Grade II strain. Once it was announced as an oblique strain, I already was expecting him to miss a month minimum

FA pitchers that sign with the Angels don't just regress, they turn into the absolute worst versions of themselves usually. It's really uncanny. Wasn't expecting him to repeat last year, but dude isn't even putting up production similar to what he did prior to joining the Dodgers. Just out here having his worst season
