The A's don't have a Mike Trout. The A's had their #8 hitter Pache at the plate. Of course they are going to have him and his .164 average bunting.

The Angels would be kinda stupid at an away game giving up your best hitter for the last decade to attempt to move a runner in hopes to score one run instead of scoring two on a home run. 

If the Angels had Adell up you bunt. When you have an MVP quality player you let them hit because behind him is an MVP player and behind him is a guy hitting .360 for the month.
