@jsnpritchett or anyone else. When was the last time the Angels have had four starting pitchers that have started at least 20 games and posted a sub 4.00 ERA?

As of right now, and Sandoval, Suarez and Detmers are done for the season!

Shohei Ohtani: 2,34 ERA, 27 starts

Patrick Sandoval: 2.93 ERA, 27 starts

Reid Detmers: 3.77 ERA, 25 starts

Jose Suarez: 3.96 ERA, 20 starts

The plan for tonight was always to take him out after he got a couple of ABs.  He's supposed to play the whole game tomorrow, then be off again in the final game on Wednesday.

Our female (forgot her name ATM) announcer said 2 ABs today, off tomorrow, to see how he feels, and back Wednesday.

Sam Blum reported Nevin as saying what I said earlier (i.e., day off Wed.).  Fletcher and Rhett Bollinger reported something similar.

Ohtani doing his best to get MVP voters thinking. His last pitching performance should be dominating too. I haven't been keeping track of what judge is doing opposed to how far ahead he is in stats of other players but if he does break the AL home run record, he will win the MVP regardless of what Shohei does in his final start.

The last 6 games Judge has been walked 12 times. Basically the league is telling him he isn't getting anything good to swing at the rest of the year.
