Angels have the advantage here. They simply just need to counteract what Houston does or doesn't do. Houston didn't bunt the runner over. Regardless if Houston scores a run here or not, the Angels should start off with the first batter trying to bunt the runner to third. If Houston scores the run and that's it, Angels go down by one run and can simply tie the game up with a sacrifice bunt and sacrifice fly or measly single. Hell, passed ball would do. If Houston doesn't score, the Angels can win the game the same way.
