Plunked batters should result in the runner going to 2nd base. Remove the GIDP possibility. 

Especially with pitchers not having to hit anymore, they're practically protected, and giving the guy first base is basically a pass. 

As Walsh, who apparently would like to start the 2nd half the way he finished the 1st half, with a called 3rd strike. 

And Adell continues to swing right through strikes.
