We Can Do This!

Currently 4.5 games back of the third wild card. If we had only gone .500 during that 14-game disaster we would currently be tied for the first wild card. That 14-game disaster was an anomaly. The challenge now is we need to step on the gas to catch up, but we have three months to do it. A series win against the Astros would be a nice start to the second half.

We can do this! One game at a time, one series at a time.

I like the optimism. Trading for an even mediocre hitting SS controlled past this season would do wonders for our chances.

I can't believe that there is no game on the 4th of July. I also remember that there was no game on Memorial Day. Those are two of the best BBQ and Angels baseball days there are, what a ripoff.
