I would. He has played only 50 games at 3rd base in the minors and then was moved to 1st base primarily. He has more games catching than 3rd base.

I would love that. Rengifo at 2B, Velazquez/Wade at SS, Thiass at 3B.

Yep. If Wade is going to be in the lineup, he'd be better off at SS. Hope Thaiss can finally deliver...it would be a huge boost to this team.

Can he still play 1B and 3B? Probably 1B, since he’s played a lot there and it’s less difficult.

But he has only played one inning at 3B in the majors and minors since 2019.
