You would think there has to be discussions about how to deal with the announce team and how they have screwed up for three years straight but like with the roster, they are not the guys to be making these decisions. 

O'Neal wouldn't even be excusable in AAA as a broadcaster and would probably wash out in AA. And yet every night he shows this is not a profession he can work in.

It's been a revolving door, it pays well, the candidates have got to be better vetted and no longer someone that someone knows from family, friends, or just part of a network that hasn't any better talent.

The flip from the top offense in the majors to one of the worst is truly incredible, especially when you have two MVPs in the lineup. Crazy how many below replacement level hitters make up the rest of the team.
