That’s why I put my Slack/Teams on do not disturb during the weekends and PTO. My company is good about respecting time off, though.

I kinda feel bad because I did that to one person twice now this weekend. He messaged me at 4:29 on friday and I immediately slammed the laptop shut. I got pulled in to something this morning and just as it was resolved he messaged me again, and once again I immediately slammed the laptop shut. lol

How am I to know? I made sure to ignore him! I work in logistics so there is a lot of time sensitive stuff. Most likely he had some work that one of my people could do quickly, that he would struggle to do himself.
