You buy a license each year to watch TV.

3½ Minutes, Ten Bullets. Really good HBO documentary. Stayed up until almost 3:30am to finish it. One of the better docs I've seen in awhile. About Florida's Stand Your Ground law. A black teenager gets killed by a white guy who claims self-defense. Shows the actual trial footage. Really interesting.

Great show. I think the dialogue is so natural, and just well executed. I was hooked after watching the Parents episode.

Well into season 2 of Broadchurch now (episode 4 next) and never suspected who the killer was...if indeed he was the killer...

One certainly would be lost watching season 2 without first having seen season 1..

 

and season 3 is coming.

I saw No Escape the other night and it was really good!  Owen Wilson and Lake Bell were great in it even though they are both known more for their comedic roles.  It was a very stressful movie and felt very real which I know some people don't like but I enjoyed it.

I don't think you're supposed to question the ending of season 1.

 

Season 2 is about the judicial side of it, and the ramifications of a bunch of peoples' actions immediately after the revelation of who did it. 

 

I did my absolute best to give nothing away to anybody who hasn't seen it.
