That he is. Look at last Sunday's start where his changeup was largely ineffective (only one swing and miss). Without his best pitch working and having location issues, he went 6 1/3 allowing 1ER. Yes, Oakland's offense is terrible but still a great sign of how legit Sandoval is. Only 25 years old too
