David Fletcher to begin a rehab stint with AAA

I can't imagine a team out there that would want Fletcher, all things considered.  I was just sort of spit ballin'

On this team, if Fletcher can somehow channel the 2019 version of himself (great fielder, slightly below average hitter), that would be more than sufficient.  

It is interesting how much things can change in one year.  His contract a year ago was celebrated as a steal for the Angels.  Now, perhaps it is a steal for David Fletcher.

It’s a quandary.

If Fletcher doesn’t hit, then he has little trade value.

If he does hit, then combined with really good 2B defense, they shouldn’t want to trade him.
