Dylan Bundy yesterday

In a way I see Bundy as the pitcher version of Fletcher. A solid player, but will oscillate between bad and good. Like Fletcher with his weak-sauce BABIP-reliant bat, Bundy has very little margin for error. When he's controlling his pitches, he's pretty good, but he never blows anyone away. But if he's not controlling his pitches, he's batting practice.

The bottom line: I'd rather go with our starting six. Bundy would be there with Barria and Junk on the depth chart. Meh.

And he said publicly he wanted to return to the Angels.

Everyone says publicly he wants to return to the team he’s on because it’s the only team that can sign him.

We talked to Cobb when he pitched against the Angels and it sounded like he just felt the Giants were a better fit for him and gave him a better chance to win.

I feel like if the Angels were actually his top choice he would have signed with the Angels.

Did the Angels make him an offer?

And I would say every player says the team they signed with is a better fit.
