Mariners blow it in the 9th to extend their losing streak to 5 games and are now 1-9 in their last 10. They have already lost 5 1-run games this season. Not getting all that flukey/good luck like last year where they seemingly won every 1 run game they were in

Not aiming this at you but Angels fans really tend to dismiss the impact the defense has on pitching.  It was legit the biggest issue two years running.

All the Angels pitchers suffered due to horrible defense the last couple years.
