Have you reached to them? I know the last one like this one was limited to a certain amount until more were made. You could have missed out on the first batch.

Preorders take many months.  For example, this one says ships no later than 10/14.  The wording is kinda silly.  It may ship 6 weeks after that.   It may ship around that time.  It won't ship 2 months before that.
