These are major league rule V picks. 

Because of the lockout, they are just doing the minor league phase, which brought us Brendon Davis last year, and occasionally brings talent. Tyler Gilbert, who threw a no hitter in his Major League debut with the Diamondbacks in 2021 was a AAA Phase Rule V in 21, one pick before we picked Davis.
