The Angels have claimed C Chad Wallach off waivers from the Dodgers and have optioned him to Triple-A Salt Lake. In a corresponding move, C Anthony Bemboom has been designated for assignment.

I was listening to Dodger talk today with Dave Vassegh, and he spoke very negatively that Dodger tried to sneak Wallach through and will regret Angels claimed him.

Tbh I'd trust the Dodgers' organizational decisions every day over the Angels.

Lol.  Yes, I'm sure the team with the best run differential in baseball will regret losing a catcher with -0.8 WAR for the year who was released by the Marlins (who have the 3rd worst record in the NL and whose other catchers have combined for -1.2 WAR this year) and had never played in the majors with the Dodgers. Just an absolute crushing blow to the organization.  Truly a mistake from which the team will never recover.
