Rendon is making the easiest outs of anyone. Especially in clutch situations. And when he's critical in the lineup with Trout missing.

Soft pop ups and flyballs mostly. His swing and timing look messed up. What happened to him? Injured? Out of shape? Lost confidence.

And that contract! If he doesn't turn the corner he'll be given the same scrutiny as Pujols and Upton. And they at least were respectible for a few years.

Their pitching has been great and they have just enough hitting so far.

Conversely, the Angels pitching is complete dogshit and their offense is very mediocre without Trout.

Just when Bundy’s first 3 innings looked solid, he reverts to previous-2019 ASB Bundy like in his other 2021 starts.  

Just like Mayers has reverted to pre-2020 Mayers.

So far, the only FA pitchers to re-sign are Cobb, Cishek, and possibly Iglesias depending on other offers.

It’s the return of allowing gopher balls this season (11 in 51 innings).

Gotta hope Rendon turns it around soon.  Right now he's a pretty big hole in the 3rd slot, no doubt magnified by the absence that is Trout.
