All these assholes do is watch strikes, then swing at pitches out of the zone. 

For some reason they think they're "working the count" and it's going to go in their favor, but all they do is watch the best pitches of the at bat, then swing at the junk once their in the hole. I don't know why the mentality isn't just "look for a pitch to hit and swing at it."
