Ha

I was going to ask you the same thing.

Dude was a hero. Born in Sicily, flew in the war, designed the electrical grid for the city of Pasadena upon the end of his service. Disliked Louis Zamperini, who was a high school rival, with a passion. Owned apartments that he rented out to veterans and single mothers, flew his Cessna until he was 85. Taught swing dancing until he was 80. Kept my family afloat financially when I was a child's because my mother, his daughter, made terrible life decisions. Survived four heart attacks, and grew his own organic vegetables much of his life.

Seriously, an amazing man.

The main takeaways not in any order were

1) Heaney navigating a solid game.

2) clutch 'small ball' situational hitting and running. Seeing eye hits, bloopers, broken bat contact,  taking the extra base, challenging the defense. Battling. Some luck, but they took advantage.

3) Long ball power to blow the game open. Upton is really disciplined on the soft stuff and Walsh is timing the slow inside stuff well. They had more trouble against the heat in K.C.

4) Trout with hard contact again.

5) Bullpen bringing it home though it got sloppy in the ninth.

6) Fletcher getting hits.

A nice rebound from K.C.and in shape to take another series.
